Kinds of foods that cause weight loss or increased according to blood groups.


Having trouble with your weight? It doesn't matter if you are overweight or underweight. Chance are you had already practiced some sort of diet in order to achieve your ideal weight. BUT do you know that the kind of food that you need consume in order to achieve your ideal weight is different according to your blood type?


Well here is what I found anyway


Blood type O
Foods that increase weight:
  • Wheat Gluten (found in wheat germ) affects the effectiveness of insulin in the body and slows down metabolism
  • Corn
  • Green beans and white beans are hinder burning calories
  • Lentils also prevents nutrients properly
  • Cabbage prevents the secretion of thyroid hormones
  • Brussels cabbage  prevents the secretion of thyroid hormones
  • Cauliflower prevents the secretion of thyroid hormones 
  • Mustard leaves inhibit the action of thyroid



Food that help weight loss:
  • Brown kelp (kelp) is rich and increases the secretion of thyroid hormones
  • Iodized salt
  • Liver  is a source of vitamin B  and increases the effectiveness of metabolism 
  • Red meat is not digested well accumulate in the form of fat thereby poisoning the intestine
  • Cabbage, spinach, broccoli is more effective metabolism


Blood type  A
Foods that contribute to weight gain:
  • Meat is not digested as well accumulate in form of fat   and increase  toxins in the digestive system
  • Milk and dairy products also hampers the nutrients and increases mucous secretions
  • Beans red and green  impede the secretion of digestive enzymes and metabolism 
  • Wheat (excessively) reduces the effectiveness of insulin and impairs the process of burning calories
Food that help weight loss:


  • Vegetable oils help to digest food properly and prevent water retention in the body
  • Foods made from soy help to digest food is good and is converted to nutrients benefit the body as quickly activate immune function
  • Vegetables help to get metabolism and facilitate the effective movement of traffic fermentation
  • Pineapple helps burn calories and facilitate the movement of  fermentation

Blood type  B
Foods to help increase weight:
  • Maize reduced the effectiveness of insulin as slow down the metabolism leading to a heart rate of decline of sugar in the blood
  • Lentils hinders the process of the body’s absorption of nutrients, it reduces the effectiveness of the metabolism
  • Peanut (groundnut) slaves impairs liver function
  • Sesame
  • Buckwheat impede the process of digestion and reduce the effectiveness of the metabolism
  • Wheat slows down the processes of digestion and metabolism as it leads to food storage in the body as fat does not heat energy


Foods to help weight loss:
  • Green vegetables help the body’s metabolism process effective
  • Meat
  • Liver
  • Egg / milk and dairy products low fat
  • Licorice prevent a heart rate of decline of sugar in the blood


Blood type  AB
Foods that help to increase weight:
  • Red meat is not digested well accumulate in the form of fat thereby poisoning the intestine
  • Red beans and green beans 
  • Seeds
  • Maize diminish the effectiveness of insulin 
  • Wheat caused a sharp drop in blood sugar



Food that help weight loss:weight loss
  • Tofu (soy cheese) increase the effectiveness of the metabolism
  • Seafood
  • Dairy Products
  • Green vegetables
  • Brown kelp
  • Pineapple facilitate the digestion process
